qeee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qeee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the website located at qeee.club, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, payment processing, and any other features or content made available through the platform. Please read these Terms in full before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

By creating an account on qeee, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and qeee and supersede any prior understandings or representations. Each individual may register only one account on qeee. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

qeee supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

Accepted payment methods currently include:

• International card networks: Visa, Mastercard
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

qeee is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure betting environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

qeee reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is found to have been placed in breach of these rules, regardless of whether the outcome has already been determined. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology; the results are final and binding.

All content on the qeee platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of qeee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of qeee's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qeee, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss, even if qeee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qeee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where statutory consumer protection law in Bangladesh provides rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by this clause.

qeee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, poses a risk to the platform or to other users, or if continued operation of the account is otherwise not in the interests of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support at the email address listed on this site. Voluntary account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date. Any genuine real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of KYC checks.

qeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Nothing in this clause restricts qeee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
